Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, and the property address and access details needed to complete a shoot. Booking and payment are handled through our scheduling provider, Aryeo, and payment card details are processed by that provider — we never see or store full card numbers.

Our website uses a third-party chat widget provided by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel). If you start a conversation in that widget, the messages and any contact details you enter are processed by that provider on our behalf.

How we use it

• •Keeping records of completed work for licensing and accounting

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make the work possible — our scheduling and delivery platform, our chat provider, our email provider and, where a tour is hosted externally, the tour platform. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Photography and property media

Realty Productions retains copyright in the media we produce and licenses it to the booking agent for the marketing of that listing. We may display delivered images and video in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your contact information at any time by emailing zachary@realty-productions.com. We will keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes. You can opt out of marketing email through the unsubscribe link in any message.
