Terms of Service
These terms apply to every shoot booked with Realty Productions. Booking a shoot means you accept them.
Booking and access
Shoots are booked through our online scheduler. The booking agent is responsible for property access and for the home being photo-ready at the scheduled start time. If the property is not accessible or not ready, we may need to reschedule.
Delivery
Standard delivery is the next business day by 12 PM. Same-day delivery is available as a named option when booked in advance and subject to availability. Delivery timing may shift for weather-dependent exterior or drone work.
Drone work and airspace
Drone media is flown under an FAA Part 107 certificate and only where airspace and conditions permit. Properties inside the DC Flight Restricted Zone cannot be flown, and properties in the outer Special Flight Rules Area require authorization. Where drone flight is not permitted or is unsafe at the time of the shoot, the drone portion is not delivered and is not charged.
Payment
Payment is due on delivery through our booking platform unless other terms have been agreed in writing. Media licenses are issued once payment clears.
Licensing and use
Realty Productions retains copyright in all media produced. The booking agent receives a license to use the media to market the specific listing it was shot for, including MLS, portals, social media and print. The license does not transfer to another agent, brokerage, builder or third party without our written permission, and media may not be resold.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please give as much notice as possible for a cancellation or reschedule. Weather-related rescheduling of exterior, twilight and drone work is handled at no charge. Repeated same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee.
Limitation of liability
Realty Productions is liability insured. Our liability for any claim relating to a shoot is limited to the amount paid for that shoot.
