How we shoot it
Everything is captured in the same visit as your photography, so there is one appointment on the seller's calendar rather than two. Walkthroughs are shot with stabilised motion and cut to licensed music; vertical work is framed natively for 9:16 rather than cropped down from horizontal footage.
Agent-on-camera work is available on any video service, and educational videos can be shot with teleprompter support if you want to work from a script.
Aerial footage
Drone video can be added to any listing video for $119, but only where airspace allows. Much of the inner DMV sits inside the DC Flight Restricted Zone where flight is prohibited — we confirm per address before your shoot.
